Welcome to paradise. This luxury waterfront cottage is only a 2-hour drive from the GTA. Waterfront Paradise is located on Georgian Bay, in the quaint town of Tiny, Ontario. Contrary to the name of the town, this cottage is massive. It sleeps up to 20 people making it the perfect getaway for families, couples, or groups.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES (AKA THE PLAYGROUND):
At Waterfront Paradise you will have access to every outdoor amenity you could ever imagine: a hot tub, panoramic sauna, private beach, large dock, water trampoline, splash pad, 2 kayaks, 2 stand UP paddle boards, a canoe, volleyball net, fire pit with Muskoka chairs, upper deck with BBQ + outdoor dining furniture, and a lakeside patio/gazebo with lounge furniture. The cottage is located steps from the water, so you’ll never feel inconvenienced going inside in-between swims to grab a cold beverage on a hot day.
Waterfront Paradise is just as magical in the colder months because many amenities like the panoramic outdoor sauna, hot tub, and fire pit are available year-round. When it gets cold enough, an ice rink will be available so bring your skates. Snowshoes are also available to guests in the winter months.
THE SPACE
When you enter Waterfront Paradise you will be welcomed into an open concept space that will likely be bathed in light if you’re arriving on a sunny afternoon. The interior is a mix of modern and classic cottage style. There is large kitchen with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. It comes fully equipped with all the small & large appliances & utensils needed to create a delicious meal to share with family and friends. Spices, olive oil, tea & coffee are provided with compliments.
The open concept living and dining space faces out to the lake for stunning views all day long. The large farm table is great for bringing everyone together at mealtime. You will also have access to a fireplace and TV on the main floor. The primary bedroom is situated on the main floor and features a walkout deck with hot tub. Nothing will be more satisfying than stepping outside into the sun each morning with a hot cup of coffee in hand, and spectacular views of the lake.
If you head upstairs, you will be greeted by a second living room area with TV and boardgames. There are also 3 additional bedrooms with brand new wood floors and classic log frame beds with Endy mattresses.
We provide clean bedding for each bedroom. For the common sleeping spaces, we will provide blankets and pillows. Towels will be provided.
Paradise isn’t complete without a games room featuring a ping pong table, pool table, and foosball table. You’ll find these games in the fully finished basement with walk-out doors to the lake side of the cottage.
Because we all need to connect with the outside world, even while in paradise, WIFI and cable TV are provided.
THE LOCATION:
It might be hard to leave Waterfront Paradise once you’re there, but for those who love to explore, you will be happy know that we are located close to lots of local activities in all seasons.

on sleeping spaces, we will provide blankets and pillows. Towels will be provided. Although there will be hand soap and toilet paper, please bring your own to ensure you have enough for your entire stay. Please note there are security cameras installed on the outside of the property for the protection of all parties.
Absolutely no smoking in the cottage, if you chose to smoke outside please ensure there are no butts on the ground.
There is an outside fire pit, firewood is not provided. Please ensure fire is put out at the end of each night.
If any of the outside furniture is moved during the day, please put it back by the end of the day so no furniture gets lost or washed by the water.
Property sleeps sleeps 12 ( Can accomodate up to 18 comfortably with an approval of hosts)
Please note water trampoline and water mat have been removed from water for rest of season.
The marina is less than 5 minutes away in the event that you want to launch your own boat or seadoo in the water.
RULES TO AGREE UPON ONCE RENTING THE COTTAGE:
1. It is a family cottage, so NO PARTYING AT ANY POINT! (if you chose to break this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and your security deposit forfeited)
2. No smoking inside the cottage (if you choose to smoke outside, please do not leave the butts on the ground)
3. No smoking in the outdoor sauna
4. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise/music levels at a minimum past 9 PM
5. Please note all water sports and activities are to be used at your own risk! There will be various lifejackets to use, however, it is mandatory that anyone who uses the watercraft must wear a lifejacket. It is encouraged to bring your own to guarantee a lifejacket will fit
6. If the outside patio furniture or chairs are moved throughout the day, please put everything back where they belong by the end of the day. This is to ensure that none of the furniture is picked up by the water current or change in active weather.
7. No PETS are allowed on the property.
8. If any butts are found on property grounds from any smoking materials, a $250 fee will be charged to guests for the cleanup
9. IF GUESTS FAIL TO DISCLOSE NUMBER OF GUESTS ATTENDING, ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT IS HELD WILL BE FORFEITED AND GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND (NO additional guests are allowed to come up for the day other than whoever is disclosed on reservation)
10. No glass at the hottub and the sauna
